Return and Refund Policy

At CATI Notary Services, we are committed to delivering professional and accurate notarial, fingerprinting, and document support services. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before booking or purchasing any service.

All payments for completed services are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Notarizations and loan signings
• Travel and mobile service fees
• Document preparation and ID verification
• Fingerprinting and apostille coordination
• Translation and certified document services

Once a notarial act or related service has been performed, it cannot be undone or “returned.”

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid amount.
• If CATI Notary Services must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any prepaid fees will be credited toward a future appointment.

If an error is made by our notary or agent, we will correct or re-notarize the document at no additional cost within 7 business days of the original appointment.

Client-related errors (such as missing signatures, invalid ID, or incorrect documents) will require a new appointment and full payment.

All digital products (guides, templates, classes, or ebooks) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please review descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of our service agreement.
CATI Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to pursue reimbursement for disputed transactions, including any administrative or legal costs incurred.
